Eric Butler began his customer service career in 1989 when he entered the automotive industry. Upon leaving the automotive industry he entered the wireless communications field as co-owner of a local AT&T Authorized Agent.
Throughout his years as a business owner Eric always had a love of real estate. So in 2012 he obtained his Real Estate license and is currently a Trusted Real Estate Advisor working out of the Century 21 Sterling Realty office in Martinsburg WV.
As a Realtor he has enjoyed many milestones and achievements including being nominated for Rookie Realtor of the Year and awarded with Century 21's Masters Ruby and Diamond Awards as well as their Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award. He was ranked as one of the top 10 Century 21 agents in the Mid-Atlantic Region. He has earned his GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and GREEN designations. Eric is also a graduate of the WVAR (West Virginia Association of Realtors) Leadership Academy. He has also been awarded Top Producer every year since 2013 and was recognized for his efforts and awarded the 2018 REALTOR Of The Year Award by the Eastern Panhandle Board of REALTORS®.
When he's not out with clients Eric also gives back. By donating his time and efforts serving on committees such as the Community Service Committee, and was the 2017 President of the Board of Directors for the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors. He also serves on the Berkeley County School Board Steering Committee and is a Secured Volunteer for the Berkeley County School System. He also served on the Board of Trustees at his church (Arden United Methodist).
